Accessibility statement
We want everyone to be able to use this site, including people using screen readers, keyboard navigation, or magnification.
What we have done
- Semantic HTML with proper landmarks and heading order
- Visible focus indicators on every interactive element
- Full keyboard navigation — no mouse required
- Colour contrast meeting WCAG 2.1 AA for text
- Descriptive alt text on meaningful images
- Tap targets of at least 48px on touch devices
- Respects the reduced-motion setting for animations
- Works fully with JavaScript disabled
A note on accessibility overlays
The previous version of this site used a third-party accessibility overlay. We have removed it and built accessibility into the site directly instead. Overlays sit on top of an inaccessible page rather than fixing it, are widely criticised by screen reader users, and have not prevented accessibility lawsuits. Building it in properly is the honest approach.
Found a problem?
Please tell us — we will fix it. Call 310-874-4550 or use our contact form, and describe the page and what went wrong.
Where we stand
We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our target. This site was built and tested against it in August 2026 using automated checks on every page plus manual keyboard and screen-reader passes on the main templates.
We are not claiming certified conformance. No external audit has been carried out, and automated testing cannot catch everything. If you hit a barrier we have missed, we would genuinely like to know — that is the fastest way it gets fixed.
